听神经瘤患者围手术期前庭康复训练的循证研究

摘要
目的 检索、评价和汇总听神经瘤患者围手术期行前庭康复训练的相关证据.方法 通过循证问题确立、系统文献检索、文献筛选、文献质量评价、证据总结及等级评定等步骤提出实践建议.结果 共纳入8篇文献,包括指南2篇、系统评价2篇、随机对照研究3篇、类实验研究1篇,筛选出17条证据,分为影响因素、康复原则、干预时机及方法、效果评估等4个方面.结论 本研究科学严谨,所得证据能较好地为听神经瘤患者围手术期行前庭康复提供依据.实践时需早期识别影响因素、制定个性化康复方案、选择合适的评估工具.此外,康复训练的剂量、时机及效果评估需开展更多高质量研究.
Abstract
Objective To collect and summarize the evidence regarding perioperative vestibular rehabilitation training in patients with acoustic neuroma.Methods Following establishing the questions,existing literatures were searched,screened,evaluated for their quality including evidence grades,and summarized to produce practice recom-mendations.Results A total of 8 reports were included,including 2 guidelines,2 systematic reviews,3 randomized con-trolled trials,and 1 quasi-experimental study.Evaluation of the literatures yielded 17 pieces of evidence in 4 categories,including influencing factors,fundamental principles,time and methods of intervention,and outcome assessment.Con-clusion With its scientific and rigorous approach,this summary provides a guidance for perioperative vestibular rehabili-tation of patients with acoustic neuroma.Keys to successful management include early identification of influencing fac-tors,personalized rehabilitation programs and appropriate assessment tools.Additional high-quality studies are needed determine ideal dosage,timing and outcome assessemnt of rehabilitation training.
