前庭性偏头痛的位置性眼震研究进展

摘要
前庭性偏头痛是常见的中枢性前庭疾病,临床表现具有异质性,诊断主要基于病史,缺乏特异性的生物学标志物.运用视频眼动检查,在前庭性偏头痛的发作期和发作间期可观察到不同于外周和其他中枢疾病的特征性位置性眼震.作者分别从前庭性偏头痛位置性眼震的发病机制、临床表现、诊断和鉴别以及未来展望进行阐述,以期引起临床关注.
Abstract
Vestibular migraine is a common central vestibular disorder with a heterogeneous clinical presentation and its diagnosis is based mainly on history,lacking specific biological markers.Using video-oculography,the character-istic positional nystagmus distinct from peripheral and other central disorders,can be observed during the ictal and inter-ictal phases of vestibular migraine.In this article,the pathogenesis,clinical presentation,diagnosis and differentials,and future perspectives of positional nystagmus in vestibular migraine are discussed to raising clinical awareness.
