摘要
随着人口老龄化,老年性前庭病发病率越来越高,老年性前庭病由Bárány协会分类委员会于2019年提出,其病因和发病机制复杂,目前尚无定论.由于其影响老年人的生活质量,而早期识别和干预可延缓前庭功能进一步的下降.我们就老年性前庭病的前庭功能检查及可能机制进行综述.
Abstract
Presbyvestibulopathy was described by the Bárány Society in 2019 with complex etiology and patho-genesis which remains unclear presently.It affects the quality of life in the elderly,and early identification and interven-tion can delay further decline of vestibular function.This paper reviews the research on this topic.
