摘要
本文主要阐述了慢性前庭性偏头痛(CVM)的基本概念.在前庭性偏头痛(VM)和慢性偏头痛相关知识的基础上,结合团队临床诊疗过程中所积累的经验,对CVM的基本特征、诱发因素、发病机制及相关疾病鉴别进行讨论.本文也尝试提出了CVM的临床分期与诊断标准,旨在提高对CVM的认识,规范诊疗,降低误诊率,进一步丰富发展VM的内涵.
Abstract
Basic concepts of chronic vestibular migraine(CVM)are described.Based on the knowledge of vestib-ular migraine(VM)and chronic migraine,combined with our experience with their diagnosis and treatment,basic fea-tures,triggering factors,pathogenesis of CVM and identification of related diseases are discussed.We attempt to recom-mend clinical staging and diagnostic criteria,aiming to improve the understanding of CVM,standardize its diagnosis and treatment,minimize misdiagnosis,and further expand the connotation of VM.
