针对大学生的噪声态度与听力损失影响因素的探索性研究

摘要
目的 初步探讨影响大学生噪声态度的因素并了解大学生听力损失的现状.方法 本研究采用青年噪声态度量表(YANS)对708名大学生进行调查,并随机抽取209名大学生进行听力测试.通过有序Logistic回归分析,研究噪声态度和听力损失的相关因素.结果 问卷调查结果显示,年龄和学习时佩戴耳机是影响大学生噪声态度的显著因素(P<0.05),而常用耳机音量、每天持续佩戴耳机时间等因素则无显著影响(P>0.05).其中17～18岁大学生比19～24岁大学生及佩戴耳机学习大学生比不配戴者更消极,即视噪声为有害的事物.听力测试结果表明,与青年文化因素有关的噪声态度消极的大学生,其高频畸变产物耳声发射检测不通过的风险更低.青年大学生听力损失出现概率在本研究样本中仅为2.39%,但隐性听力损失的可能性达48.53%.结论 年龄和学习时佩戴耳机可能是影响大学生噪声态度的重要因素,而与青年文化因素有关的噪声态度可能与隐性听力损失有关.因此,提高大学生对噪声危害的认识并促进他们采取有效听力防护措施的教育工作仍需持续进行.
Abstract
Objective To report possible factors influencing attitudes towards noise and hearing loss among col-lege students.Methods The Youth Attitude Towards Noise Scale(YANS)was used to survey 708 college students,of whom 209 were randomly selected for hearing tests.Ordered Logistic regression analysis was used to identify factors re-lated to attitude toward noise and hearing loss.Results Questionnaire survey results showed that age and wearing head-phones while studying appeared to be significant factors affecting attitudes towards noise(P<0.05),while volume and the duration of headphones use per day were not(P>0.05).College students in the 17-18 age group and those who wore headphones while studying were more likely to regard noise as a harmful thing than older students and those who did not use headphones.Audiological test results showed that negative attitudes toward noise from youth cultures were asso-ciated with lower risks of failing the high-frequency DPOAE test.The prevalence of hearing loss was 2.39%in our sam-ple,although the possibility of hidden hearing loss reached 48.53%.Conclusion From this exploratory study,it appears that age and wearing headphones while studying may be important factors affecting attitudes towards noise among col-lege students,and youth cultures related attitudes to noise factors may affect hidden hearing loss.Therefore,education aimed at promoting awareness of noise hazards and hearing protection among college students remains to be important.
