听障儿童构音训练的效果分析

摘要
目的 探讨构音训练在听障儿童言语康复中的疗效.方法 回顾性选取2020年3月—2022年3月中国听力语言康复研究中心收治的60例听障患儿作为研究对象,根据患儿是否接受构音训练分为对照组和试验组,每组30例.对照组接受常规个性化训练,试验组在对照组的基础上联合接受构音训练.治疗前后用构音语音能力评估量表评定两组疗效.结果 治疗6个月后,试验组总体构音语音清晰度、声母清晰度、韵母清晰度治疗后均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(0.73±0.18 vs 0.63±0.15、0.62±0.16 vs 0.50±0.13、0.88±0.15 vs 0.78±0.18,P<0.05,P<0.01);儿童构音语音清晰度的变异系数随康复进展越来越小.结论 构音训练有助于提高听障儿童的构音清晰度,改善听障儿童的言语功能,增强临床疗效.
Abstract
Objective To report outcomes of articulation training in children with hearing impairment.Methods Sixty pre-school hearing-impaired children were recruited from March 2020 to March 2022.Among them,30 received conventional individualized training(controls),and 30 received combined articulation training(study group).The Artic-ulation Speech Ability Assessment Scale was administered in both groups before and after intervention.Results After 6 months of articulation training,children in the study group showed significantly better overall articulation clarity,conso-nant clarity and vowel clarity compared to the controls(0.73±0.18 vs 0.63±0.15,0.62±0.16 vs 0.50±0.13 and 0.88±0.15 vs 0.78±0.18,respectively,P<0.05 or P<0.01).Coefficient of variation in articulation clarity decreased as rehabilitation progressed.Conclusion Articulation training helps improve articulation clarity in hearing-impaired children,enhances their speech function and improves clinical outcomes.
