Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV)is a common clinical peripheral vestibular disease,it has a high recurrence rate.The recurrence rate of patients with ten years of follow-up can reach 50％.Recurrent BPPV will have a great impact on patients'daily life.It is of great significance to study the recurrence factors to reduce the recur-rence and improve the quality of life of patients.This article will review the current research on the influencing factors of BPPV recurrence.
