人工耳蜗儿童音乐感知评价方法概述

人工耳蜗可以有效帮助重度和极重度听力损失群体重建听觉,但人工耳蜗听力无法实现自然听力情况下的复杂声音感知,音乐感知困难,并且个体差异大.音乐在儿童发展发育、接受教育阶段十分重要,因此需要有效评估人工耳蜗儿童音乐感知能力.我们综述了评价人工耳蜗儿童音乐感知的主客观方法及相关研究工作,讨论了各方法的适用性和局限性.基于脑机接口的客观评价方法在人工耳蜗儿童群体适用性强、效果良好,具有较高的推广潜力和价值.
Cochlear implant(CI)restores hearing sense to people with severe to profound hearing loss.The re-stored hearing by CI is insufficient for complex auditory perception compared with natural hearing.Music perception of CI hearing is difficult and with significant individual differences.Music is essential in children's development and edu-cation.It is necessary to evaluate music perception of children CI users.This paper reviews related researches on subjec-tive and objective assessment methods for music perception of CI children.The applicability and limitations are dis-cussed.The objective assessment methods for music perception based on brain-computer interface(BCI)are well ap-plied in CI children with satisfied results,and therefore has great potentials.
