水凝胶在内耳局部药物递送中的研究进展

水凝胶一般由强亲水性的三维网状结构组成,是一种具备软组织特性的半固体聚集态凝胶,既可维持特定的形态,亦可实现药物分子从凝胶基质中的扩散和渗透.由于其独特的网状结构及较高的黏滞性,更有利于药物在中耳腔的滞留.与药物溶液相比,使用水凝胶经鼓室注射,可减少给药次数,实现药物缓慢、长效释放.我们对目前内耳局部药物递送系统中所使用水凝胶的分类、特性、疗效及其研究进展作统一论述.
Hydrogel is generally composed of a three-dimensional network structure with strong hydrophilicity,which is a semi-solid aggregation gel with soft tissue characteristics.It can not only maintain a specific form,but also achieve diffusion and penetration of drug molecules from the gel matrix.Because of its unique network structure and high viscosity,it is more conducive to retention of drugs in the middle ear cavity.Compared with drug solutions,hydro-gel via intratympanic injection can reduce administration frequency and achieve sustained drug release.In this paper,we reviewed the classification,characteristics,efficacy and progress of research on hydrogels based local drug delivery sys-tems for inner ear drug administration.
