目的 检验言语、空间、音质听力量表(sensitivity and specificity of the speech,spatial and qualities of hearing scale,SSQ5)汉化版(C-SSQ5)的信度和效度.方法 采用便利抽样法,选取2022年5月至6月就诊于中国人民解放军总医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科耳科门诊的145例患者为研究对象.其中男性73例,女性72例,采用C-SSQ5探索性因子分析,进行结构效度检验和Cronbach's α衡量信度.采用受试者工作特征(receiver operating character-istic,ROC)曲线判断其对于听力障碍分类的诊断价值.结果 C-SSQ5取样适用性系数为0.810(P＜0.01)和信度(Cronbach's α=0.824,Guttman=0.782).AUC 为 0.718,标准误差为 0.042,95％CI:0.635～0.801,P＜0.05.最佳截断值为0.351,敏感性为0.619,特异性为0.732.结论 C-SSQ5在听力障碍人群中的应用具有良好的信度和效度,可作为基层听力初步评估工具.
Abstract
Objective To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the speech,spatial and subjec-tive of hearing scale(C-SSQ5).Methods A convenient sample of patients(n=145,73 males and 72 females)who visit-ed the Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Ear Clinic,Chinese PLA General Hospital,from May 2022 to June 2022 were selected as the subjects.The construct validity and Cronbach's α coefficient of the C-SSQ5 were tested.The Re-ceiver Operating Characteristic(ROC)curve was constructed to determine its diagnostic value in classifying hearing im-pairment.Results The validity of the C-SSQ5 was high(KMO=0.810,P＜0.05),as well as its reliability(Cronbach's α=0.824,Guttman=0.782).The AUC was 0.718(standard error=0.042,95％CI:0.635-0.801,P＜0.05).The optimal cut-off value was 0.351,with a sensitivity of 0.619 and a specificity of 0.732.Conclusion The C-SSQ5 can be used in hear-ing-impaired people with good reliability and validity for preliminary hearing assessment in primary care settings.
