摘要

目的 探讨低温等离子技术在耳内镜鼓膜修补术中的应用效果.方法 选取2021年7月至2022年2月在徐州医科大学附属医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科行耳内镜鼓膜修补术的慢性化脓性中耳炎患者60例,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例.观察组采用低温等离子刀行耳道内切口,对照组采用耳道皮瓣刀行耳道内切口,比较两组患者术中及术后情况.结果 观察组手术时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者住院时间、术后愈合时间、外耳道狭窄程度、不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).术后2个月,观察组和对照组气导听阈平均值及气骨导差值均显著低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前及术后,观察组和对照组气导阈值和气骨导差平均值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 在耳内镜鼓膜修补术中应用低温等离子技术能及时止血,维持清晰的术野,缩短了手术时间,适合在耳内镜鼓膜修补手术中推广应用.

Abstract

Objective To report efficacy of low temperature plasma technology in otoscopic myringoplasty.Methods Patients with chronic suppurative otitis media undergoing otoscopic myringoplasty from July 2021 to Febru-ary 2022(n=60)were randomly divided into a study group and a control group(30 in each group).A plasma knife was used for incision in the ear canal in the study group,while the regular scalpel was used for incision in the control group.Intra-and post-operative differences between the two groups were compared.Results Surgical time was shorter in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05),with no significant difference in the length of hospital stay,postopera-tive healing time,external ear canal stenosis,or incidence of adverse reactions.There was no significant difference in pre-and post-operative air conduction thresholds or air-bone gaps between the two groups,although post-operative air conduction threshold and air-bone gaps in the both groups showed significant improvement(P<0.05).Conclusion Low temperature plasma technology provides excellent bleeding control and a clear surgical field that helps shorten the opera-tion time during otoscopic myringoplasty,which is suitable for adoption in practice.
