摘要
面肌联动是面神经损伤后的一种严重后遗症,面肌联带运动的存在可导致患者表情、言语、进食、社交等重要功能障碍,从而严重影响患者生活质量.近年来,面肌联动的发病机制、评估方法和治疗策略等方面研究获得了一定进展,面肌联动的及时有效评估和治疗对于改善患者的面肌功能障碍具有重要作用.本文针对面肌联动评价量表的应用、计算机辅助诊断、康复系统的研发及普及应用、肉毒素的规范注射、面肌联动的外科治疗等方面进行系统综述.
Abstract
Facial muscle synkinesis is a serious sequela after facial nerve injury.The existence of synkinesis can lead to significant functional disorders involving facial expression,speech,mastication,social interaction and more,thus seriously affecting patients'quality of life.In recent years,progress has been made in understanding its pathogenesis,as well as its evaluation and treatment.Timely and effective evaluation and treatment play an important role in improving facial muscle dysfunction.This paper systematically reviews the application of facial muscle synkinesis evaluation scale,development and popularization of computer-aided diagnosis and rehabilitation systems,standardized injection of botulinum toxin,and surgical treatment of facial muscle synkinesis.
