摘要
目的 为降低人工耳蜗的言语测试成本,简化言语训练,并降低手术风险,本研究开发了一套人工耳蜗参数分析和调试平台.方法 采用Matlab R2020a设计了一个图形用户界面,实现了参数显示、言语处理策略分析和言语训练功能.结果 该平台能够实时采集信号并展示波形、频谱和语谱参数,便于分析人工耳蜗处理前后的信号变化.同时,平台植入3种言语处理策略,并提供字词句的言语训练功能,可根据使用者的康复情况定制训练内容.结论 所设计的人工耳蜗参数分析与调试平台满足了多信号参数分析、便携式系统调试和快速言语康复训练的要求.
Abstract
Objective To report a cochlear implant parameter analysis and debugging platform that may help re-duce the cost of speech testing in cochlear implants,simplify speech training,and lower surgical risks.Methods A graphical user interface(GUI)was designed using the Matlab R2020a software,implementing parameter display,speech processing strategy analysis,and speech training functions.Results The platform is capable of real-time signal acquisi-tion and display of waveform,spectrum and speech parameters,facilitating the analysis of signal changes before and af-ter cochlear implant processing.At the same time,three speech processing strategies are inserted and provide speech training functions for words and sentences,which can be customized according to the user rehabilitation situations.Con-clusion The newly designed cochlear implant parameter analysis and debugging platform meets the requirements of multi signal parameter analysis,portable system debugging and rapid speech rehabilitation training.
