摘要

磁共振加速器将磁共振成像设备集成在放疗加速器上,从而实现磁共振图像引导下的放射治疗.与常规加速器相比,磁共振加速器在成像系统、加速器结构、安全管理、机械特性、剂量特性和图像特性等方面都有很大的区别,质量控制所使用的测量仪器、测量方法和测量结果也会发生相应的变化.无论是国内还是国际,该技术均是刚刚起步,尚未就质量控制方法建立行业标准.本指南涵盖磁共振加速器简介、磁场安全管理、磁共振加速器安全联锁、机械性能、剂量学性能、成像性能的质量控制和调试等多方面内容,参考已发布的国内外相关文献而制定,为国内磁共振加速器质量控制工作提供指导.

Abstract

The magnetic resonance accelerator integrates magnetic resonance imaging equipment with a radiotherapy accelerator,enabling radiation therapy guided by magnetic resonance imaging.Compared to conventional accelerators,magnetic resonance accelerators differ significantly in multiple aspects such as imaging system,accelerator structure,safety management,and mechanical,dosimetric and imaging characteristics.Consequently,the measurement instruments,methods,and results used for quality control also undergo corresponding changes.This technology is still in its infancy both domestically and internationally,and industry standards for quality control methods have yet to be established.This guideline covers various aspects,including an introduction of magnetic resonance accelerators,magnetic field safety management,safety interlocks,mechanical performance,dosimetric performance,imaging performance quality control and commissioning,etc.It is formulated with reference to relevant published literature at home and abroad,providing guidance for quality control work on magnetic resonance accelerators in China.
