Research on the Conservation Method of Regional Linear Cultural Corridor Based on Value Creation:The Enlightenment of European Cultural Routes on the Conservation and Regeneration of China's Railway Heritage
In 2008,the International Council of Monuments and Sites officially included"cultural routes"as a new type of large-scale heritage in the The World Heritage List.Europe recognized the strategic significance of cultural routes such as railways and waterways for regional development early.Through the currently announced 48"European Cultural Route"plans,the goals of driving overall regional development,achieving urban-rural integration and revitalization,revitalizing historical resources,and preserving the vitality of community places have been achieved.Through the analysis of European cultural routes related to industrial and railway themes,this study proposes that overall protection and utilization not only involves sorting out,revitalizing,and strengthening connections with historical and cultural resources,but also requires the goal of regional brand building and comprehensive value enhancement.Value oriented object reconstruction,value balanced spatial resource allocation,and the establishment of a support network system that includes knowledge,funds,policies,standards,and other multiple elements sharing should be carried out.Finally,the experience and inspiration should be implemented through an action roadmap.Suggestions are provided for stimulating the traction effect of cross regional railway heritage on regional revitalization in China through research.
