Sustainable Implementation Path for the Protection and Regeneration of Historic Districts from the Perspective of Funding Efficiency
Facing the challenges of high costs, difficulties in securing funding, and extended income balance cycles in the protection and regeneration of historic districts, this study explores sustainable implementation paths to enhance funding efficiency.Based on clarifying the funding requirements throughout the entire process,it compares and analyzes the differences in funding sources and allocations among different implementation models.Drawing on the innovative experiences of many domestic and international historic districts,it proposes funding efficiency optimization strategies and suggestions for improving support mechanisms, targeting different implementation stages, with a focus on'increasing revenue'and'reducing expenditure',aiming to provide a sustainable implementation path reference for the protection and regeneration of historic districts.
