Perinatal care of a case of Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome complicated with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy
To summarize the perinatal nursing of a case of Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome complicated with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.The key points of nursing include personalized prenatal guidance and emergency cesarean section for fetal distress;maintaining intraoperative fluid balance during delivery and assisting in rescuing newborns with asphyxia;postpartum maintenance of dynamic balance of bleeding and thrombosis,and separation of mother and infant care.After careful perinatal treatment and nursing,the mother and baby were discharged from the hospital in a stable condition.The prognosis of the mother and baby was good after 1 month follow-up after discharge.
