目的 检索、评价和总结烧伤后创面瘙痒患者非药物干预的最佳证据.方法 计算机检索UpToDate、BMJ Best Practice、澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所循证卫生保健中心数据库、英国国家卫生与临床优化研究所网站、加拿大安大略省注册护士协会网站、国际指南协作网、医脉通指南网、Cochrane Library、PubMed、中国知网、万方数据库、国际烧伤协会网站、欧洲烧伤协会网站、美国烧伤协会网站、国际伤口网站和中华医学会烧伤外科学分会网站中关于烧伤后创面瘙痒患者非药物干预的证据,包括临床决策、指南、证据总结、系统评价、专家共识.检索时限为建库至2022年12月1日.指南文献由4名研究人员进行评价,其他文献由2名研究人员进行评价,并根据主题对文献内容进行提取、汇总.结果 共纳入10篇文献,包括临床决策4篇、指南3篇、证据总结3篇,总结出评估、保湿润肤、按摩、压力治疗、皮肤降温、其他措施及健康教育7个方面的22条最佳证据.结论 该研究总结的烧伤后创面瘙痒患者非药物干预的最佳证据,为临床应用提供循证依据.医护人员可结合临床情境、伤口愈合情况及患者意愿,合理应用证据,制订干预方案,减轻患者的瘙痒症状,提升护理质量.
Best evidence summary of non-pharmacological interventions in post-burn itch
Objective To retrieve,evaluate and summarize the best evidence of non-pharmacological interventions for post-burn itch.Methods All evidence on non-pharmacological interventions in post-bum itch was retrieved from databases and websites including UpToDate,BMJ Best Practice,JBI,NICE,RNAO,GIN,Yimaitong,Cochrane Library,PubMed,CNKI,Wanfang,ISBI,EBA,ABA,Wounds Intemational and Chinese Bum Association.The retrieved evidence included clinical decisions,guidelines,evidence summaries,systematic reviews,expert consensuses.The retrieval period was from the establishment of the databases to December 1,2022.The guideline literature was evaluated by 4 researchers,and the other literature was evaluated by 2 researchers of the project,and the literature content was extracted and summarized according to the topic.Results A total of 10 pieces of literature were included,including 4 clinical decisions,3 guidelines,3 evidence summaries.A total of 22 pieces of best evidence were summarized in 7 aspects,including assessment,moisturizing,massage,pressure therapy,skin cooling,other interventions and health education.Conclusion This study summarized the best evidence of non-pharmacological interventions in PBI,providing evidence-based basis for clinical application.Medical staff can follow the clinical context,wound healing situation and patients'wishes,rationally apply the evidence,formulate intervention plans,reduce the itching symptoms of patients,and improve the quality of nursing.
