Presenteeism behavior occurs frequently in nursing groups with a wide and negative impact on nurses,patients and organizations.This paper reviews the concept,current situation,theoretical models,measurement tools and influencing factors of presenteeism behavior of nurses,and on the basis of this,further explores interventions to reduce nurses'presenteeism behavior,in order to attract the attention of nursing managers to presenteeism behavior for nurses and to provide a reference basis for the research on presenteeism behavior of nurses in China.
