Nursing care of a case with delayed coronary obstruction after transcatheter aortic valve replacement
To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with delayed coronary obstruction after transcatheter aortic valve replacement.The main contents of nursing care were as follows:focusing on predictors of preoperative coronary artery obstruction and implementing anticipatory care;closely following the clinical symptoms and taking fine management;dynamic implementation of anticoagulant therapy to prevent bleeding and thrombosis;early carrying out progressive exercise and implementing cardiac rehabilitation guidance;strengthening the prevention and nursing of infection;in view of the negative emotions of patients,timely assessment and guidance are conducted,with the implementation of personalized psychological intervention.After active treatment and nursing,the patient was discharged successfully,and the quality of life was in good condition after 6 months of follow-up.
