某医院可正负压切换隔离病房空调通风设计

本文以某医院可正负压切换隔离病房为例,总结了该类型隔离病房在平时正压和应急负压两种工况下对使用功能、换气次数、空调系统、压力梯度、气流组织、过滤消毒的要求。并针对能够满足两种工况切换使用下的空调通风系统设计进行探讨,从而提出可正负压切换隔离病房空调通风系统设计思路,为今后设计提供参考。
HVAC Design of Pressure Transformation Isolated Ward in a Hospital
Taking the positive and negative pressure switchable isolation ward of a hospital as an example,this paper summarizes the requirements of this type of isolation ward for use function,air exchange rate,air conditioning system,pressure gradient,air flow organization,filtration and disinfection under normal positive pressure and emergency negative pressure conditions.The design of air conditioning and ventilation system that can meet the requirements of switching between two working conditions is discussed,and the design idea of air conditioning and ventilation system that can switch between positive and negative pressure in isolation wards is proposed,which provides reference for future design.
