Study on Temperature and Humidity Simulation of Cigarette-making Line with Accurate Air-curtain Air Supply Parameters
With the development of tobacco processing technology and the demand of tobacco quality,the environmental temperature and humidity have an important effect on the quality of tobacco processing.In order to keep the moisture and temperature of cut tobacco in the production line constant,an air curtain isolation technology was proposed to prevent moisture evaporation and temperature constant in the process of cut tobacco transportation.Through the numerical analysis of the influence of different indoor environment and the air supply parameters of the air curtain on the cigarette-making workshop,it is found that the uniform air curtain can be formed effectively above the cut tobacco,the terminal wind speed is greater than 0.5 m/s,and the evaporation of water and the change of temperature can be prevented effectively and guarantee the quality of c cigarette.
