The influence of different coding methods on airflow parameters in new core freezer
In this paper,a new type of more energy efficient core freezer is used to store the core,and the influence of different stacking methods on the core storage factors in the new freezer is studied.Based on the actual structure of the refrigerator,the similarity principle was used for calculation,the refrigerator model test platform was built,the fluid-solid two-way coupling model of air and core in the refrigerator was established,and the law of air distribution in the refrigerator under different stacking methods was analyzed to provide a basis for core storage.In the air supply mode of up and back,this paper studies the temperature distribution and air velocity distribution in the freezer under full and three half-tank stacking modes.The research results show that different cargo stacking modes have a great impact on the temperature distribution and velocity distribution in the freezer,and the fourth,fifth and sixth layers should be stacked first when the half-tank core is stored.The temperature distribution is the most uniform and the temperature is the lowest.
