基于AI Brain的暖通系统优化控制研究

近年来,以"万物物联"为理念的智能建筑的建设促进了楼宇自控技术的快速发展.当前兴起的物联网、人工智能和云计算技术的发展为积极响应国家"碳达峰,碳中和"的号召,节约能源、降低成本、促进建筑科学和谐发展提供了可能.本文针对商业建筑暖通空调中的能耗过高难题,以广东省汕头市某商场为例,基于物联网技术和AI Brain算法控制对商业建筑暖通空调系统的控制策略进行优化,探索构建出一套具有精准调节、智慧控制、自主学习的暖通设备控制系统,满足运营对暖通设备精细化控制的需求.通过数次的能耗对比测试,得出以物联网技术为基础的AI Brain算法暖通系统优化控制能够实现节约电量最少15%的目标.本文所提的优化控制方法有望在商业建筑中得到广泛推广应用.
Research on Optimal Control of HVAC Systems Based on AI Brain
In recent years,the construction of intelligent buildings with the concept of"Internet of Things"has promoted the rapid development of building automation technology.The current rise of the Internet of Things,artificial intelligence,and cloud computing technology has provided possibilities for actively responding to the national call for"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality",saving energy,reducing costs,and promoting the harmonious development of building science.This article focuses on the problem of high energy consumption in commercial building HVAC systems.Taking a shopping mall in Shantou City,Guangdong Province as an example,based on IoT technology and Al Brain algorithm control,the control strategy of commercial building HVAC systems is optimized.We explore the construction of a HVAC equipment control system with precise regulation,intelligent control,and self-learning,to meet the operational needs for refined control of HVAC equipment.Through several energy consumption comparison tests,it is concluded that the AI Brain algorithm based on IoT technology can achieve the goal of saving at least 15%electricity in the optimization control of HVAC systems.The optimization control method proposed in this article is expected to be widely promoted and applied in commercial buildings.
