Simulation Calculation of a New Precooling Scheme for Fruits and Vegetables Based on Soil Cold Storage
How to utilize natural cold sources has always been a hot topic.Currently, seasonal soil cooling storage has been applied in the field of comfort air conditioning, but the temperature of cold chain logistics is generally 0-5°℃ or-18℃,and the system temperature of air conditioning is generally difficult to meet its requirements. Therefore, there are still few applications in the direction of cold chain logistics. In all aspects of cold chain logistics, precooling of agricultural products such as fruits and vegetables after harvesting is the first and key step in the entire cold chain. However, due to its high energy consumption, geographical constraints at the source, and other factors,it cannot be spread in a large area, resulting in food decay and over ripening in the cold chain. In this paper,a new type of precooling scheme for fruits and vegetables based on soil cold storage was constructed to explore its energy-saving effect.
