Research on Application of Condensing Heat Recovery Technology in Regional Energy Station
Aiming at the demand of a regional energy station in Guangdong province for long-term cooling and domestic hot water supply,this paper designs a centrifugal water source heat pump heat storage and heating system based on condensation heat recovery technology.The system recyles the heat dissipated by the cooling side of the main engine under the ice storage and cooling condition of the regional energy station at night as the heat source of the water source heat pump to produce high temperature hot water for heat storage and heating.To realize the conversion of low-grade condensing heat to renewable energy,combined with the peak and valley electricity price to effectively reduce the operating cost of the system,and through the annual hourly energy consumption simulation calculation,the economy and energy saving level of the air source heat pump heating system and the electric boiler heating system are compared and analyzed.The results show that the annual energy efficiency of the condensing heat recovery system can reach 3.75,saving 50.9%and 72.4%compared with the air source heat pump system,and saving 77.9%and 87.6%compared with the electric boiler system.The energy cost of the condensing heat recovery system is reduced to 0.11 yuan/kWh,72.3%lower than that of the air source heat pump system and 87.5%lower than that of the electric boiler system.
