水冷多联空调系统在地铁站的应用研究

针对地铁车站水冷冷水机组空调冷源方案部分负荷运行时间较长导致冷源效率低、全空气空调系统输送能耗大、管线占用空间大等一系列问题,在对设备用房实际空调负荷普遍小于设计值的研究基础上,提出水冷多联机空调系统在地铁站设备管理用房的应用方案,并将投入运行的南方某车站水冷多联空调系统与同一线路常规冷源方案进行了实测对比。结果表明:水冷多联机应用于地铁车站设备管理用房空调系统,在节约空调机房面积、简化设备区管线、匹配负荷供冷、节约运行能耗等方面具有明显的优势。
Research on the Application of Water-cooled VRF Air Conditioning System in Subway Stations
Aiming to a series of problems such as low cold source efficiency caused by long partial load operation time of the water-cooled chiller unit in the subway station air conditioning system,high transportation energy consumption of the all air conditioning system,and large pipeline space occupation,based on the research that the actual air conditioning load in the equipment room is generally lower than the design value,this paper proposes an application plan of the water-cooled VRF air conditioning system in the subway station equipment management room,And the water-cooled VRF air conditioning system of a southern station that was put into operation was tested and compared with the conventional cold source scheme on the same line.The results show that the application of water-cooled VRF air conditioning system of equipment management rooms in subway stations has significant advantages in saving air conditioning room area,simplifying equipment area pipelines,matching load cooling,and saving operational energy consumption.
