超声波加湿在除湿机试验室空气处理系统中的应用

对比研究了电热蒸汽加湿与超声波加湿的物理原理与工艺过程,并设计了一种超声波组合电热蒸汽加湿的空气处理系统。对某除湿机试验室的空气处理系统进行了改造,通过对比一台名义除湿量为100kg/h的整体式冷冻除湿机的测试能耗,发现改造后空气处理系统运行能耗明显降低,降低达比例达41。3%。该案例表明超声波加湿在除湿机试验室空气处理系统中具有明显的推广价值,可为相关试验室提供节能改造的工程经验。
Application of Ultrasonic Humidification in Air Handling System of Dehumidifier Laboratory
This article compares and studies the physical principles and process of electric steam humidification and ultrasonic humidification,and designs an air treatment system with ultrasonic combined electric steam humidification.The air handling system of a dehumidifier laboratory was renovated.By comparing the test energy consumption of an integral refrigeration dehumidifier with a nominal dehumidification capacity of 100kg/h,it was found that the operating energy consumption of the air handling system was significantly reduced after the renovation,with a reduction rate of 41.3%.This case demonstrates that ultrasonic humidification has significant promotion value in the air treatment system of dehumidifier laboratories,and can provide engineering experience for energy-saving transformation for relevant laboratories.
