低温直膨与转轮除湿复合应用分析

转轮除湿是控制空气相对湿度的一种方式,在低湿环境中应用广泛,但其再生加热能耗较高。将直接膨胀、冷冻水、转轮组成复合型转轮除湿机组,可降低转轮进风温度和含湿量,进而可降低转轮出风温度,减少后表冷量和再生加热量。与相同设计工况下的常规冷冻水型转轮除湿机组相比,在室内温度为23 ℃,相对湿度为30%和露点温度为-50 ℃时,复合型转轮除湿机组再生加热能耗分别降低了约63%和50%,单位小时总运行费用可分别节省约42%和29%。
Analysis of the Composite Application of Low-temperature Direct Expansion and Rotary Dehumidification
Rotary dehumidification is a way to control the relative humidity of air,which is widely used in low humidity environment,but its regenerative heating energy consumption is high.The direct expansion,chilled water and runner are composed of a compound runner dehumidifier unit,which can reduce the inlet air temperature and moisture content of the runner,and then reduce the outlet air temperature of the runner,reduce the rear surface cooling and regenerative heating heat.Compared with the conventional chilled water type rotary dehumidifier under the same design conditions,when the indoor temperature is 23 ℃,the relative humidity is 30%and the dew point temperature is-50 ℃,the regenerative heating energy consumption of the compound rotary dehumidifier is reduced by about 63%and 50%,respectively,and the total operating cost per unit hour can be saved by about 42%and 29%,respectively.
