树状小通道内汽液两相流换热特性研究

随着微电子电路集成技术的发展,为了给微小电路板或者芯片散热,小尺度换热器的研究得到广泛关注。本文采用实验的方法对30°,45°和90°三种不同的树型小通道内部流场的沸腾换热特性进行了研究分析,实验工质采用纯净水。结果表明,在相同的雷诺数下,通道内工质的出口温度以及通道的阻力系数和换热系数都随着分形角度的扩大而上升。
Heat Transfer Characteristics Study of Vapor Liquid Two Phase Flow in a Small Tree shaped Channel
With the development of microelectronic circuit integration technology,microscale heat transfer has been paid more attention.Experimental methods is used to study and analyze the boiling heat transfer characteristics of the internal flow field in three tree-shaped small channels(30°,45°,and 90°).Pure water is used as the experimental working fluid.The results indicate that at the same Reynolds number,the outlet temperature of the working fluid in the channel,as well as the resistance coefficient and heat transfer coefficient of the channel,increase with the expansion of the fractal angle.
