为了研究表冷器自动清洗装置在地铁空气调节中的应用效果,针对表冷器清洗方案进行分析,包括目前的清洗方式及其存在的问题,以及自动清洗装置的设计、装置应用效果及其经济效益.结果表明,该表冷器自动清洗装置适用于地铁末端机组中的表冷器全自动清洁功能,有效去除表面灰尘、污垢等杂物,确保空调系统中的空气洁净度,使表冷器换热效率有效提高,并维持在较低的风阻下运行,节约运行电耗,年节能率≥5%.
Application Research of Automatic Cleaning Device of Surface Cooler in the Field of Rail Transit
In order to study the application effect of automatic cleaning device of surface cooler in subway air conditioning,the cleaning scheme of surface cooler is analyzed,including the current cleaning method and existing problems,as well as the design of automatic cleaning device,the application effect of the device and its economic benefit.The results show that the automatic cleaning device of the table cooler is suitable for the automatic cleaning function of the table cooler in the end unit of the subway,which can effectively remove the surface dust,dirt and other debris,ensure the air cleanliness in the air conditioning system,effectively improve the heat exchange efficiency of the table cooler,and maintain the operation under low wind resistance,save the operating power consumption,and the annual energy saving rate is higher than or equal to 5%.
