高效换热器性能设计测试研究

为了提升末端空调机组换热器在高进出水温度(进水温度10℃,出水温度17 ℃)下的换热能力,以某一深圳地铁站为例,针对一种高效双级换热器的换热性能展开研究,并基于实验数据,建立双级叉排换热器设计模型,利用CFD技术进行换热器内部流场模拟分析。结果表明,本高效双级换热器设计在高进水温度和大进水水温差下,提升了换热能力,保证了表冷盘管的除湿能力。
Research on Performance Design and Test of High Efficiency Heat Exchanger
In order to improve the heat exchange capacity of the heat exchanger of the terminal air conditioning unit under high inlet and outlet water temperature(inlet temperature 10 ℃,outlet temperature 17 ℃),the heat exchange performance of an efficient two-stage heat exchanger was studied in a Shenzhen subway station.Based on the experimental data,the design model of the two-stage cross-row heat exchanger was established.CFD technology is used to simulate the flow field inside the heat exchanger.The results show that the design of the high-efficiency two-stage heat exchanger improves the heat transfer capacity,ensures the dehumidification capacity of the surface cold coil.
