基于多元回归模型在ZJ70D电控房中通风量的预测

针对ZJ70D钻机电控系统房体内部温度过高导致设备寿命减少、人为实时关注通风量等问题,提出一种基于多元回归模型在ZJ70D电控房中通风量的预测(Predictive Calculation of Ventilation Volume Based on Multiple-regression Model in ZJ70D,MRM)方法,通过采集房体内部温度、湿度及外部环境数据,建立多元线性回归模型,并求解各个模型参数,利用DW模型拟合数据的准确性,预测当前时刻后的所需通风量,实现通风量的实时调节。实验表明,本文提出的计算方法能够提高电控房内通风量控制的精确性,并通过误差分析验证了模型的可行性和适应性。
Predictive Calculation of Ventilation Volume Based on Multiple-Regression Model in ZJ70D
Aiming at the problems such as the high temperature inside the room of ZJ70D drilling rig electric control system leads to the reduction of equipment life,and the artificial real-time attention to the ventilation volume,etc.,A method of Predictive Calculation of Ventilation Volume Based on a Multiple-regression Model in the ZJ70D Electric Control Room,is proposed.This is achieved by collecting internal temperature,humidity,and external environment data,establishing a multiple linear regression model,solving each model parameter,and fitting the data using DW model.A multiple linear regression model was established.This was achieved by collecting internal temperature,humidity,and external environment data of the room body and solving each model parameter.The accuracy of the DW model fitting data was used to predict the required ventilation volume after the current moment,enabling real-time adjustment of ventilation volume.The experiments demonstrate that the calculation method proposed in this paper enhances the accuracy of ventilation control in the electric control room.The error analysis verifies the feasibility and adaptability of the model.
