三维建模在涤纶短纤项目通风空调设计中的应用

为了优化工程设计模式,提高劳动生产效率及提高业主的满意度,设计以某涤纶短纤项目为载体,采用PDMS软件对通风空调专业的风管和水管进行全比例三维建模,通过在同一个建筑物设计平台下多专业实时协作设计,预先碰撞检查,优化空间布置方案,提高了工程设计质量;改善了施工阶段的返工现象,节约了施工管理成本;提出了HVAC系统全面三维正向设计待开发的功能,从而真正实现暖通工程设计数字化转型升级,推动工业建筑工程总承包高质量发展.
Application of PDMS in HVAC Design of Polyester Short Fiber Projects
In order to optimize the engineering design mode,improve production efficiency,and improve the satisfaction of the owner,the article takes a polyester staple fiber project,which uses PDMS software to conduct a full scale 3D modeling of air ducts and water pipes.By collaborating in real-time with multiple disciplines on the same building design platform,the collision can be clearly inspected in advance,the spatial layout plans can be optimized,and the design quality can be improved.Rework during the construction phase can be improved,and costs can be saved.Finally,some functions to be developed for 3D top-down HVAC design are proposed,so as to truly achieve the digital transformation for HVAC engineering design,and promote the high-quality development of industrial construction engineering general contracting.
