Design of Efficient Refrigeration Room System for a PCB Plant Project in Guangzhou and the Actual Operation Effect Analysis
Factory buildings often have high cooling loads and energy consumption.Increasing the energy efficiency of refrigeration systems can significantly reduce enterprise costs and improve economic benefits.Based on this,this paper takes a air conditioning project in a factory in Guangzhou as an example.Through the optimization of design parameters,fine matching of cold and heat source systems,distribution systems,and cooling tower systems,as well as the selection of control strategies and setting of operating parameters,a series of optimization measures are implemented to maximize the overall energy efficiency of the system.According to the analysis of the system's three-year operation results,the actual operating efficiency of the system remains stable at 5.6 or above throughout the year,achieving the expected energy saving effect.
