Analysis of Lubricating Oil Quantity and Performance of Air Source Heat Pump Compressor
This study investigated the impact of compressor lubricant oil quantity on the performance of variable-frequency enhanced enthalpy low-temperature air-source heat pump units, through experimental analysis on two units with different capacity ratings. The experimental results indicate that with the increase in lubricant oil content, the capacity and energy efficiency of the units gradually decrease, particularly more pronounced in the cooling mode. The research further reveals that the effect of lubricant oil varies among different types of heat exchangers. This study provides empirical evidence for a deeper understanding of the impact of lubricant oil on the performance of air-source heat pumps, and serves as an important reference for optimizing system performance.
