Experimental Analysis and Research on Adsorption Efficiency of Ductless Self-filtration Vented Enclosure
The adsorption efficiency of a ductless self-filtration vented enclosure equipped with three sets of parallel adsorption filters was measured, and the conclusion was drawn that the number of heat sources inside the cabinet will greatly affect its filtration efficiency under experimental conditions. At the same evaporation concentration, the adsorption efficiency of three heat sources inside the cabinet is 30%to 50%higher than that of a single heat source when emitting pollutants; When a single heat source emits pollutants from the center of the cabinet, the intermediate filter is the first to be penetrated, resulting in a low effective utilization rate of the entire set of filters and a smaller rated adsorption capacity of the filters. It has been proposed that the current JG/T 385-2012 requires more specific testing methods and evaluation indicators for ductless self-filtration vented enclosures equipped with multiple sets of adsorption filters.
