冰浆技术及领域应用的研究进展

冰浆具有较高相变潜热,储能密度和换热能力等优势。本文介绍了冰浆的基础特性,制备冰浆的传统方式,包括了过冷法、刮削法、直接接触法、流化床以及真空制备法,并阐述了近五年学者针对传统制备方式的不足进行优化的手段;然后依次介绍了冰浆在食品保鲜和运输、建筑制冷空调、矿井空调系统、医学治疗以及其他领域应用,最后对冰浆的基础特性、制备方式以及冰浆领域应用的发展进行总结。
Research Progress of Ice Slurry Technology and Field Application
Ice slurry has the advantages of high latent heat of phase transition,energy storage density and heat transfer ability.This paper introduces the basic characteristics of ice slurry,traditional methods of preparing ice slurry,including supercooling method,scraping method,direct contact method,fluidized bed and vacuum preparation method,and describes the methods of optimizing the traditional preparation methods in recent five years.Then,the application of ice slurry in food preservation and transportation,building refrigeration and air conditioning,mine air conditioning system,medical treatment and other fields are introduced in turn.Finally,the basic characteristics,preparation methods and the development of ice slurry application are summarized.
