风冷式冷凝器冷凝压力调节及其节能改造

对于工艺性全年运行的风冷式制冷设备来说,由于冬季环境温度较低,且机组采用冷凝风扇对风冷式冷凝器强制加速空气对流,导致冷凝压力过低,直接导致制冷剂循环量下降、机组制冷量大幅下降,甚至造成蒸发压力过低故障停机。基于以上问题,本文提出通过加装冷凝压力控制器来控制冷凝风扇启停的解决方法,不仅能调节冷凝压力,还具有节能降碳的效果,是一种既廉价又快捷的改造方法。
Ondensation Pressure Regulation and Energy-saving Transformation of Air-cooled Condenser
For air-cooled refrigeration equipment that operates year-round,due to the low ambient temperature in winter and the use of condensing fans to forcibly accelerate air convection in the air-cooled condenser,the condensation pressure is too low,which directly leads to a decrease in refrigerant circulation,a significant decrease in unit cooling capacity,and even a shutdown due to low evaporation pressure.Based on the above issues,this article proposes a solution to control the start and stop of the condensing fan by installing a condensing pressure controller.This not only adjusts the condensing pressure,but also has energy-saving and carbon reducing effects,making it a cheap and fast renovation method.
