基于DSP的谐波控制器设计与实现

摘要
针对变频器、伺服驱动器和其它非线性电力电子器件在数控机床和自动化领域的大量使用所引起的谐波问题,设计了一种简单、有效的基于DSP的谐波补偿控制器;该控制器采用基波电流分离法快速分离出基波电流信号和谐波电流信号,通过三角波比较PWM(Pulse Width Modulation)控制法实现补偿电流的跟踪控制.根据设计的控制器,给出了控制器的软硬件设计,加工出了基于DSP的实验控制板,并搭建了实验硬件系统,编写了软件程序,对补偿前后电流中的谐波含量进行了分析,实验结果表明谐波控制器投入补偿前THD(total harmonic distortion)为8.9%,投入补偿后THD为4.45%,谐波含量减少了50%,且各次谐波在补偿后与补偿前相比都大大减少.
Abstract
As the problems of harmonics caused by the widely used of inverter,AC servo driver and other nonlinear power electronic devices in the field of numerical control machine and automation,this paper design a simple and effective harmonics suppression controller.This harmonics suppression controller can realize the current tracking control using fundamental wave current separation method to separate the fundamental wave current signal and harmonic current signals and triangle wave comparison PWM control method.According to the design of the harmonics suppression controller,this paper gives the design of hardware and software.The experimental control panel based on DSP and the experimental hardware system were conduct.And the software program was written.The harmonics content was analyzed before and after the use of the harmonics suppression controller.The experimental result indicates that THD (total harmonic distortion) is 8.9% before using the harmonics suppression controller,THD is 4.45% after using the harmonics suppression controller,harmonic content decreased by 50%.And compare to before using the harmonics suppression controller,every harmonic are greatly reduced after using the harmonics suppression controller.
