触发式测头是触发式在机测量系统的重要组成部分,对测头进行有效标定可以提高在机测量精度.触发式测头在机标定包括测头预行程误差标定和测头空间位置标定,为剥离测量系统空间误差,基于齐次坐标变换建立测量系统空间误差模型,在此基础上提出了利用标准球进行标定的触发式测头预行程误差标定方法和测头空间位置标定方法.对基于金刚石车床的触发式在机测量系统进行测头标定,利用在机测量系统对平面、柱面与球面特征进行在机测量,测量结果验证了标定方法的有效性.
Research on the on-Machine Calibration Method of Touch Trigger Probe Based on Diamond Lathe
The touch trigger probe is an important part of the contact on-machine measurement system.Ef-fective calibration of the probe can improve the on-machine measurement accuracy.The on-machine cali-bration of the touch trigger probe includes the pre-travel error calibration of the probe and the spatial posi-tion calibration of the probe.In order to strip the volumetric error of the measurement system,the volumet-ric error model of the measurement system is established based on the homogeneous coordinate transforma-tion.On this basis,the pre-travel error calibration method and the spatial position calibration method of the touch trigger probe are proposed.The probe of the contact on-machine measurement system based on dia-mond lathe is calibrated by the probe calibration method proposed in this paper.The planar,cylindrical and spherical features are measured by the on-machine measurement system.The measurement results verify the effectiveness of the calibration method.
