Research on the Influence of Process Parameters on the Cutting Surface Quality of Stainless Steel Pipe
The cutting quality of stainless steel pipes is mainly affected by the burrs on the cut section.This article analyzes the formation process of burrs during stainless steel pipe cutting and the influence of process parameters on the quality of the cut.Firstly,establish an analytical model to describe the generation process of notch burrs and analyze the influencing factors of notch burrs formation;Secondly,using finite element simulation software,a three-dimensional cutting simulation model of austenitic stainless steel 316L material is established to simulate the cutting process and analyze the morphology characteristics of the cut burrs af-ter cutting is completed;Finally,a single factor simulation was conducted on the cutting process to investi-gate the influencing factors of the formation of notch burrs.Provide theoretical guidance for reducing the formation of cut burrs and optimizing machining parameters.
