Static Performance Analysis and Optimization of Oil Film on Guideway of Hydrostatic Turntable
In order to solve the problem of insufficient load capacity of large-scale heavy-duty hydrostatic turntable,taking the oil pad of ZT45SW turntable base guideway as the research object,aiming at the phe-nomenon that the oil film can not float during the test,four kinds of oil recess shapes,namely fan,circular,ring and double-ring,were designed.Based on the FLUENT simulation analysis,the influence laws of dif-ferent working conditions on the static performance(load capacity,stiffness,maximum temperature rise and average temperature rise)of the four kinds of oil films were studied,and the applicable working conditions of the oil pads in each oil recess were determined.By comprehensive comparison,the static performance of the oil film with double-ring cavities was the best.After optimizing the structural size of the recess based on response surface method,the phenomenon of oil film pressure concentration was reduced and the static per-formance of oil film is improved.The accuracy of the simulation model was verified by experiments.
