PMSM Dual Vector Model Predictive Torque Control with Value Function Cascade
Aiming at the problems of difficult to determine weight factors and large fluctuations of electro-magnetic torque and magnetic chain in the finite set model prediction torque control(FCS-MPTC)of per-manent magnet synchronous motor,a two-vector model prediction torque control strategy with value func-tion cascade is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the voltage vectors are divided into two categories according to the effect of the basic voltage vectors on the electromagnetic torque,and a new two-vector combination rule is designed.Secondly,in order to ensure that the selected two-vector combination can effectively sup-press the fluctuations of torque and magnetic chain during the control process,the degree of fluctuation is incorporated into the value function's optimisation search calculation and the weighting factor between torque and magnetic chain is eliminated by constructing a cascade structure.The simulation results show that the proposed control strategy can effectively reduce the fluctuation of the electromagnetic torque and magnetic chain without the participation of the weight factor.
