Structure Design Simulation and Verification of Thin-Film Feedback Choke
Due to high feedback accuracy,film feedback restrictor is often used in hydrostatic rotary table.In response to the current domestic hydrostatic rotary table lack of high precision and surge in demand,in order to improve the accuracy of the hydrostatic rotary table,a new type of film feedback restrictor is de-signed in this article to obtain a stable high-rigid oil film,and uses Ansys to perform bidirectional fluid-structure interaction analysis to obtain the flow rate and pressure distribution of hydraulic oil.Then,com-pared with PM flow control device,the results show that with the increase of inlet pressure,the maximum a-mount of deformation of the film of the two films increases in an approximate linear relationship,and the increase rate is only 0.11,which proves that the designed flow restrictor is reasonable and feasible.Finally,the performance test of the hydrostatic rotary table based on film feedback restrictor shows that the perform-ance indicators of the turntable can meet the requirements:the carrier capacity is greater than 1000 kg,the stiffness is greater than 2077 N/μm,and the axial beating is less than 1 μm,which further shows that the designed restrictor is reasonable and feasible.
