Analysis of Motion Performance of Rolling Linear Guide Under Uncertain Design Parameters
In order to research the impact of geometric parameter uncertainty on the dynamic motion per-formance of linear guides,interval numbers are used to represent the uncertainty of geometric parameters.Based on the Hertz contact theory,the actual load situation of the rolling linear guide is analyzed,and the two degree of freedom dynamic analysis model is established to solve the dynamic displacement in the hori-zontal and vertical directions of the rolling linear guide.The horizontal and vertical displacement tolerance range is determined based on the accuracy level of the linear guide.By comparing the actual dynamic dis-placement with the displacement tolerance range,the time proportion of dynamic displacement in the hori-zontal and vertical directions of the linear guide within a reasonable range of displacement tolerance was obtained.Through the analysis of SHS-45R linear guide with different accuracy levels,it can be concluded that as the accuracy level of the line guide increases,the proportion of dynamic displacement in the horizontal and vertical directions within the reasonable range of displacement tolerance becomes smaller and smaller.
