Sensorless Composite Control Strategy for Full-Speed Range of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor
In order to solve the issue that the single sensorless control approach of permanent magnet syn-chronous motor has poor control effect in a specific speed range,a new composite strategy was proposed to achieve high-performance control in the full speed range.Improved pulsed high-frequency signal injection technology was used for low-speed segments, and two generalized integrators connected in series replace the digital filter to avoid affecting the system performance. The model reference adaptive method was employed to augment the system's robustness in the medium and high speed sections, through the construction of mo-tor parameter adaptive system. Finally,by adopting the weighted average method,a transition between the two control strategies can be effectively achieved. The composite control approach, verified by MATLAB/Simulink,ensures excellent estimation accuracy and dynamic response performance for permanent magnet synchronous motors throughout the entire speed range.
