摘要
针对飞机铆接孔圆度误差评定的问题,提出了一种基于机器视觉的铆接孔圆度误差评定方法.该方法首先使用CCD工业相机获得铆接孔图像信息,其次对图像进行高斯滤波去噪处理,并采用拉普拉斯算子提取图像边缘信息,最后使用最小包容区域法对边缘图像进行圆度拟合以及误差评定.结果表明,该方法测得铆接孔圆度误差平均值为0.095,均方误差为 0.09,圆度相对误差率为0.002 6,为铆接孔圆度误差评定提供了一种可行的方法.
Abstract
Aiming at the problem of evaluating roundness error of aircraft riveting holes,a method of evalu-ating roundness error of riveting holes based on machine vision is proposed.In this method,CCD industrial camera is used to obtain the image information of riveted hole,the image is denoised by Gaussian filter,and the edge information is extracted by Laplacian operator.Finally,the minimum inclusion region method is used to fit the roundness and evaluate the error of the edge image.The results show that the mean roundness error of the riveted hole is 0.095,the mean square error is 0.09,and the relative error rate of roundness is 0. 002 6,which provides a feasible method for evaluating the roundness error of the riveted hole.
