Structural Optimization Design and Simulation of Detached RV Reducer
With the expansion of the industrial robot market,the demand for low-cost,high-precision,and high-efficiency RV reducers is also increasing.Aiming at the problems of high processing cost and low transmission efficiency of domestic RV reducer,the structure of split cycloidal wheel is proposed to opti-mize the original tooth profile to reduce the difficulty of processing and improve the processing efficiency.The transmission principle of RV reducer is analyzed,the design method of split cycloidal wheel is pro-posed,and the main parts of RV reducer are analyzed to determine the parameter size of each part,taking load performance,transmission accuracy and transmission efficiency as evaluation functions,the optimized design of performance-oriented RV reducer is realized,and the optimization results show that the load per-formance is increased by 96.87%,the reverse transmission accuracy is increased by 26.8%,the forward transmission accuracy is increased by 1.2%,and the transmission efficiency is increased by 2.19%.Based on solid works,the design results of RV reducer are modeled,and the dynamic simulation of the reducer prototype is carried out to verify the rationality of the optimization design of the split RV reducer.
