Research on Thrust Ripple of Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor Based on Compensation Windings
In order to reduce the thrust ripple of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor,a permanent magnet linear synchronous motor with compensation windings is proposed,which has the characteristics of low thrust ripple and low thrust loss.Firstly,the 12-slot 14-pole PMLSM is studied,and the end tooth pa-rameters are optimized to reduce the fundamental amplitude of detent force.Secondly,the second harmonic of detent force is weakened by using end force compensation windings.Thirdly,the phase compensation windings are used to balance the three-phase back EMF.The finite element simulation results show that un-der the rated load,the thrust ripple of the structure with the compensation winding is reduced by 28.51%compared with that before optimization,and the thrust remains unchanged,which verifies its effectiveness.
